Songwriter, singer, and artist educator Victor Cockburn presents a unique and enchanting blend of poetry, music and song for children and families. His interactive family program is composed of original work complimented by songs and poems of contemporary writers. His work reflects themes of nature, personal relationships, cultural diversity and explores with care, humor and sensitivity the many familiar aspects of daily living. The poetry enchants and engages the audience and inspires them to create their own songs and poems. Victor was presented the Boston Parent's Paper Children Entertainer of the Year Award, as well as the Parents Choice Award for several of his recordings for children.
