Little Shop of Horrors is a black comedy based on the 1960 film of the same name, directed by Roger Corman. The 1982 musical follows the screenplay closely, but differs in some places, and inspired a new film version in 1986, starring Rick Moranis as Seymour. The Faustian tale features an enormous man eating plant who plots world domination and terrorizes the residents of an urban skid row.
