TRIBUTE TO PATSY CLINE
Sandy Martin has won the Massachusetts Country Music Association's Female
Entertainer of the Year and Female Vocalist of the Year Awards. She
staged her first Patsy Cline tribute show at Nightstage in Cambridge
in 1986 and returned several times to packed houses and enthusiastic
fans. In 1993, she starred in the critically-acclaimed production
of A CLOSER WALK WITH PATSY CLINE at the Charles Playhouse in Boston.
The show broke advance sales records at the box office and ran for
over 10 months.
